Selling with Charterhouse

Before the sale we will send your pre-sale notification with lot numbers, descriptions and estimates, as agreed with your valuer. We notify you of your results by email the week following the sale and, once we have received funds from the buyer, four weeks after the sale we send your payment with a full statement.
All charges are agreed before the auction (all plus VAT): 15% on the hammer price with no minimum charge, 1.5% loss and damage warranty, and an internet fee of £5 per lot. We do not make an unsold charge.
