We provide a collection and delivery service at a cost of £80.00 per hour plus VAT for a van and two members of staff.
Collection & delivery
After the sale, you will be free to take your lots once you have paid in full. Staff will be available to help where necessary, and we can usually help you load items into vehicles. For larger items we may be able to recommend a courier service if you prefer not to collect.
Postal service
We are happy to offer an in-house postal service. We charge £15 for packing, plus the cost of postage and insurance, all plus VAT, and we ask you to confirm you are happy for parcels to be sent at your own risk. Larger or more expensive items, or items going further away, cost more due to postage rates and insurance, so please ask us for a quote.
Where the customer’s country imposes a tariff on goods exported from the UK, these must be paid by the customer. We take great care with all parcels, which are all checked by two separate members of staff. We are unable to post alcohol, or fragile items that need a specialist shipper.
